b&e is one of the largest social interest and not for profit companies of its kind in the UK.

As part of a National group of like-minded, regionally based organisations we build and develop those all important links between education and employers. This vast network allows us to call upon a substantial inventory of expertise from across the UK and Europe, to identify best practice and deliver this quickly and effectively whilst making the information highly relevant to local needs

b&e provides solutions for education, delivering work related learning opportunities, supporting the enterprise and skills agenda through business led partnerships. A real hands-on experience of work through a placement with an employer is just one of the ways we can prepare young people for work. Equally, businesses helping to support the delivery of the curriculum in schools allows them to influence their next generation workforce. This is the core of our business.

Our team of Relationship Managers includes highly qualified and experienced Health and Safety specialists who safeguard the interests of young people and employers. We offer practical information, advice and support to comply with all relevant legislation.

b&e inspires people to achieve the best they possibly can by raising aspirations and positively shaping values and their perceptions of work. We use employer influence to help people, particularly young people, understand, experience and prepare for the world of work.
